Deposit
After payment, the deposit and the purchase price of the Le Petit Chef menus and related add-ons are non-refundable. However, customers may change their booking dates up to 48 hours before the original booking by contacting eventos.rio@hilton.com or +55 21967387848 .
Arrival Time
To ensure that all guests enjoy this unique gastronomic experience, we ask that all members of your party be present at least 30 minutes before your reservation. Late arrivals may be admitted to the room at an appropriate interval. Latecomers may not be served all courses.

While the experience is primarily designed for individual bookings, on some occasions, shared seating may be required due to technical considerations.
